1.NU series needle valves are for use in general-purpose applications to isolate or vent system media
2.The hardened stainless steel, nonrotating needle promotes leak-tight shutoff and long service life
3.The up stem threads are cold rolled for high strength and smooth operation
4.The valve stem threads are isolated from the media
5.Straight and angle patterns,compact design
6.Stainless steel and other alloy steel body materials can be selected
7.Safety back-seating needle seals in fully open position
8.Two piece knuckle joint provides nonrotating needle feature. Joint is located above the packing, protected from system media
9.Pressures up to 6000 psig (413 bar)
10.Temperatures :

up to 450°F (232°C) with PTFE packing

up to 1200°F (649°C)with optional graphite packing

11.Suitable for sour gas service; materials are selected inaccordance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156
12.Every valve is 100% factory tested with nitrogen
