Work principle:
The diaphragm is close under normal state, and that moment the diaphragm clung tho the valve body cavity, and closing off the flow path through the pipeline. When the diaphragm valve have the requirment to clean or open. The valve stem moves upwards according to the manual or pneumatic actuator equipment, spherical diaphragms naturally nemd upwards, so that the valve is open and reach the requirement of clean and open. The diaphragm make the lower body cavity and the upper chamber separted from the valve cover, so that the stem at the top of the diaphragm, disc media and other parts from corrsion, eliminating the need for packing structure, and no media leaks, the optimize valve body made the cleaning liquid flow out totally, so that don't have any entrapment.
Safety, reliability and durability of diaphragm valves are heavily dependent upon performance of the diaphragm. Diaphragm is the soul of diaphragm valve.
PTFE/E PDM two-piece diaphragm is a high-standard diaphragm typically used for aseptic and hygienic applications. PTFE diaphragms are developed and manufactured by ESG. High quality raw materials sourced globally are manufactured into highly dense, smooth and flexible diaphragm products. Our diaphragms are SIP-capable and autoclavable thanks to its superb high-temperature performance. We have tested our diaphragms through accredited institutions and obtained FDA 21CFR 177.1550 and USP4 0-NF25 certifications, which correspond to the highest standards in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

when the valve is normally closed and there is vacuum in the tank, the vacuum piston inside the valve opens
automatically and draws air into the tank. In return, this keeps the pressure inside and outside the tank balanced.
From the Pressure side, when the valve is normally closed and the tank pressure exceeds the rated pressure
on the outside of the valve, the valve automatically opens and vents air to atmosphere.

| HOW DO WE MAKE THE QUALITY CONTROL | |
| For Raw Materials | 1. Material control from raw materials. For raw material checking, we check 100% by chemical liquid. Any property mistakes would be rejected. 2. Sand hole inspection after raw materials are machining before polishing. 3. Carbon component report can be provided if needed 4. Mechanics test report can be provided if needed |
| For New products | 5. 2nos of new samples to be checked against technical drawing. Testing report is provided to customers before bulk production. |
For finished materials | 6. For valves, pressure testing and temperature testing is required for each valve. 7. After we get the finished products, we check for surface roughness, thickness equality, roundness, size measurement and sand holes again. 8. For all finished products, the checking quantity is not less than 10% of total quantity. 9. Before shipment, we check for the quantity of each product in order to find out any missing quantity or wrong product. |

For small testing orders,we accept Paypal,Western Union,T/T and credit Card.
For mass orders,we accept T/T and L/C.
Q5.How do you control the quality?
Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
Q6.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
We are proud that we never let one customer leave us.We are not 100% perfect,there is some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the beginning,so we need less time for quality problem.If there is any quality problem,we take the responsibility.We believe what we are doing together,it will get back tomorrow.If we leave our responsibility,customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility,we keep our customers with us.

For normal production in 7-10days.For bulk order in 15-25days.

One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to the different application for customers.
